Tuesday, May 24th, 2022 – CANCELLED – DUE TO CONTINUED POWER OUTAGES AFTER THE STORM – TO BE RESCHEDULED AT A LATER DATE – 7:00 pm – Kawartha Branch – Dr. Fraser Dunford – Peterborough County Genealogy. As per Fraser’s website – “This is a “where is” website, a reference source for those doing genealogical work in Peterborough County. The site contains some information itself, mostly related to dates, buts its most significant content is bibliographic – it tells the researcher where things are.” Dr Dunford will provide a virtual guided tour of the website which was launched in 2021 and will address questions regarding research within Peterborough County.

  • All events are open to all members of the public.
  • Events hosted by the Peterborough Public Library are presented via Zoom. Pre-registration is required. REGISTER HERE
  • Events hosted by the Curve Lake First Nation Cultural Centre are presented via Zoom. These meetings will not be recorded, however, each topic is presented twice per month, once on a Tuesday afternoon and then on a Tuesday evening 2 weeks later. Please choose the meeting, day and time that best works for you and contact Tracey to Register.
